There is something about a truck owner that gives them the natural instinct to want to lend a helping hand when people need it most. We here at Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM see it as a common feature in so many of our RAM truck customers. So the brand decided to tap into this instinct in people who owned RAM trucks in Sanford and across the country by coming together for community service and disaster relief efforts with RAM Nation.

Truck owners can join RAM Nation online. It is a volunteer corps for RAM truck owners and other people willing to come together to clear debris, distribute food and water, deliver equipment and haul supplies. They can even provide assistance by donating to help the people in their communities and around the world.

The idea for RAM Nation came after the disastrous tornado that hit Joplin, Mo. In 2012. Many people showed up in their RAM trucks to help with cleanup efforts all on their own. From there, RAM got the idea to band together to have an organized outlet for them to come together to help out. This past spring, RAM Nation was able to help after the flood hit central Texas and assist the First Response Team of America with the cleanup.

When you have a new RAM in Sanford or you want to help and don’t have a truck, you can join RAM Nation. Our team is so proud of the efforts of all these great people to help out when needed, and we know that our brand is making a difference in this world by organizing this. We are so happy to be part of this great company.
