One of the biggest auto shows in this country – the Los Angeles Auto Show – is even more exciting this year because Jeep® will debut two new special edition models. Here at Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we cannot wait to hear more about the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Backcountry and 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night, so we will give you a few of the details below.
The Night will be powered by a 6.4-liter V8 engine with Fuel Saver Technology that delivers 475 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. It comes in Granite Crystal, Billet Silver and Velvet Red, but all of those colors will still be paired with the Gloss Black side window surround, rear spoiler, roof, front grille bezels and B and C pillars. It comes with Black Laguna leather seats with Silver accent stitching and some of the available features on it include a dual-pane sunroof, dual-screen rear entertainment system and three-season tires.
As for the Backcountry, it is based off of the Wrangler Sahara. It comes with luxury items like black McKinley leather seats with black sport mesh inserts and a nine-speaker premium Alpine sounds system. It also has a black hardtop and 17-inch Rubicon wheels painted in Mid-gloss Black.
We cannot wait to get our hands on these two new models here at our Sanford Jeep dealership, but the Backcountry won’t be available until late November while the Night will be out in 2016 quarter one. In the meantime, stay tuned for more information from the Los Angeles Auto Show because we are sure these two new models are going to be a hit with our customers, but you will just have to wait to hear more.
